About the Role:

This 13-week assignment offers a unique chance to work in a fast-paced medical surgical unit while enjoying premium pay and optional health benefits. You will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions, and participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized patient plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care strategies
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, adhering to established policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess:

  • A valid Tennessee nursing license
  • 2+ years of experience in medical surgical nursing
  • BLS certification
  • ACLS and PALS certification (required)
