As a Registered Nurse at Vanderbilt Health, you will be part of a team that applies the nursing process to plan and implement patient care, including education and continuum of care planning.
Role Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include establishing patient goals, evaluating progress, and implementing interventions to achieve effective outcomes. Effective communication with the healthcare team is crucial to ensure seamless care delivery.
Education and Training: A graduate degree from an approved discipline-specific program and 1 year of relevant work experience are required. Certifications such as LIC-Registered Nurse - Licensure-Others are also necessary.
