Job Title: Clinical Safety Analytics Associate

Location: Lawrenceville, NJ (50% on-site)

Duration: 6 months initial (potential extension/potential right to hire)

ECLARO is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Clinical Safety Analytics Associate, you will play a critical role in assisting with analyzing data and deriving insights from clinical and safety data sources.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, experience working with data visualization tools, and a solid understanding of biopharma industry practices.

We offer a competitive salary of $95,000 per year, plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean, transform, and preprocess data for analysis
  • Develop and implement data analysis plans to answer clinical and safety questions
  • Analyze data and generate insights on safety questions
  • Visualize data and results to share insights with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Interpret and communicate findings through reports, presentations, and visualizations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of data sources, such as clinical trial data, electronic health records, and other healthcare databases
  • Proficiency in data pre-processing, cleaning, and transformation techniques
  • Knowledge of relevant analytical and statistical methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to derive meaningful insights from complex real-world data sets
