Job Title: Pathology Physician Services

LifeHealth, a federal government contractor, is seeking a skilled Pathology Physician to provide high-quality services to Veterans in Pittsburgh, PA.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a medical professional with expertise in pathology to work with us in providing exceptional care to our patients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical ethics, human anatomy, pharmacology, and other relevant specialties.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide preventative care and detect developing health problems
  • Offer advice to help patients develop healthy habits
  • Work collaboratively with other medical professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Meet all VA educational requirements and mandatory course requirements
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, or equivalent from a school in the United States or Canada
  • Current, full, and unrestricted licenses to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia
  • Board Certification in Pathology by the American Board of Pathology and current certification in BLS, ACLS, or equivalency
  • Technical proficiency in the skills necessary to fulfill the government's requirements, including the ability to speak, understand, read, and write English fluently
