Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Experiential Therapist to join our team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As an Experiential Therapist, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and implementing experiential therapy programs for patients in our specialized treatment areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct experiential therapy sessions as scheduled
  • Evaluate, plan, and coordinate programming to meet patients' needs
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to provide comprehensive care
Requirements
  • BS/BA degree in a related field (art, music, dance, recreation, or other therapies)
  • Certification/registration through a credentialing board (optional)
  • Valid driver's license in the state of employment
  • American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Experience working with patients with mental health disorders
  • Knowledge of psychosocial functioning and intervention strategies
