Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Behavioral Perspective Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing intensive therapy services to children, teens, and young adults with Autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective therapy programs for clients with Autism
  • Supervise a team of Behavior Technicians and provide feedback on their performance
  • Collaborate with specialty providers and monitor caseloads
  • Provide training to families on client-specific goals and interventions
  • Conduct initial assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
  • Manage a caseload of clients receiving behavior analytic services

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • One or more years of experience working as a BCBA (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in person in home and clinic-based settings
