Administrative Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and residents, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Maintain open communication with property staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Work closely with management to develop and implement effective strategies for property operations.
- Process accounts payable and assist with procurement card reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Organize and maintain files, order office supplies, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- Research and implement company-sponsored activities, enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Attend training programs and seminars to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
- Handle inquiries by telephone, providing timely and accurate information to guests and residents.
- Run errands, including delivering communications to guests or residents, as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1+ year of office experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and automated accounting systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
