Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Equity LifeStyle Properties. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our property and providing exceptional service to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and members, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Maintain open communication with property staff, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration.
  • Work closely with management to develop a cohesive team that embodies the quality and professionalism of our company.
  • Process accounts payable and assist with procurement card reconciliations within our automated accounting system.
  • Organize and maintain files, order office supplies, and research company-sponsored activities.
  • Attend training programs and seminars as required, staying up-to-date on industry best practices.
  • Handle inquiries by telephone, providing support to property staff as needed.
  • Run errands, including delivering communications to guests or residents, as required.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year of office experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with computers, preferably Microsoft Word, Excel, and/or automated accounting systems.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
