Your Challenge. What to Expect

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Industrial Engineer Intern to support our investment projects in mechanical manufacturing and assembly. As a key member of our team, you will work independently on current topics, applying your knowledge of production systematics, lean, and project management to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting investment projects in mechanical manufacturing and assembly
  • Working on current topics with the necessary flexibility for self-design and self-development
  • Coordinating with suppliers independently
  • Supporting lean activities in production
  • Planning and conducting experiments
  • Supporting the further development of standards, methods, and processes
  • Creating presentations, templates, and instructions
  • Conducting trainings for employees and operational managers (e.g. Excel)
  • Assisting in organizing and conducting workshops
  • Organizing material management
Your Profile. What You Bring

We are looking for a candidate with a strong academic background in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production technology, or a comparable degree program. Knowledge of production systematics, lean, and project management is an advantage. Excellent German language skills in speaking and writing are required.

Key qualifications include:

  • Studied mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production technology, or a comparable degree program
  • Knowledge in production systematics, lean, and project management is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Team and communication skills
  • Enjoy working independently
  • Excellent German language skills in speaking and writing
