Job Title: Energy Manager

ISS Facility Services - North America is seeking a highly skilled Energy Manager to join our team. As an Energy Manager, you will be responsible for providing world-class energy management services to our clients, ensuring the effective management of energy resources to meet our objectives and targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement energy-saving conservation measures (ECMs) with associated Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Provide full feasibility studies of costed initiatives/projects to reduce energy usage and/or supply
  • Project management and implementation of initiatives to achieve cost and energy-efficient solutions
  • Monitor and analyze utility profiles and benchmark against known data, liaising with the ISS Energy Bureau where required
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc management reports on all aspects of energy performance
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in energy management
  • Recognized qualification in energy management (e.g., Certified Energy Manager (CEM))
  • Extensive knowledge of energy management principles and technologies
  • Accreditation to a relevant industry body (e.g., CIBSE, EI, ASHRAE)
  • Competency in current energy and utility benchmark techniques and statistical analysis
  • Working knowledge of energy M&T software
