About the Role

This position involves overseeing daily operations to ensure a safe and supportive environment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and analyze operational data to inform strategic decision-making.
  2. Develop and implement effective deployment strategies for direct care workers.
  3. Address safety and maintenance concerns promptly, and oversee health, safety, and environmental initiatives.
  4. Optimize financial resources through implementation of fiscal processes and loss control programs.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  6. Oversee budgeting and financial planning for individuals served.
  7. Provide guidance and coaching to support staff, and participate in regular team meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is desired.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Compliance with all agency requirements for pre-employment screening, as dictated by Company and/or State regulations.
  • High school diploma or General Education Diploma; exceptions must adhere to state laws and regulations.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record, meeting the Company's vehicle policy and/or liability insurance carrier requirements (as applicable).
Salary Range

$16.00 - $16.60 per hour
