Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative - Automotive, you will play a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience at Toyota/Lexus of Knoxville. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the flow of work in the service lane to minimize wait times and maximize efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional value to customers, such as recommending maintenance services or offering loyalty rewards
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Distribute work among technicians to optimize productivity and meet customer expectations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Salary:

$50,000 - $70,000 per year
