Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with patient intake and processing
  • Update patient records and maintain accurate files
  • Manage phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Prepare and send correspondence and reports as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health records software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
