We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team at Hospital Sisters Health System. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our most vulnerable patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those with cardiac, respiratory, and neurological conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest critical care practices and technologies.
- Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice.
- Bachelor's of science in nursing is preferred.
- Critical Care Nursing experience is preferred.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) are required based on the patient population in the specialty area worked.
