Healthcare Customer Service Associate

Primary Duties
- Welcome patients as they arrive at the facility
- Facilitate the check-in and check-out process for patients
- Gather and update demographic information for new patients
- Process co-payments and ensure immediate posting of payments
- Aid in managing medical records, including scanning and data entry tasks
- Provide patients with updates on wait times and their status
- Oversee the waiting area to maintain patient satisfaction and ensure prompt service
- Handle incoming phone calls and manage a high volume of appointment scheduling and rescheduling
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a medical front office setting is preferred
- High School Diploma or GED (physical documentation required)
- Experience in customer service or as a receptionist

Work Schedule

Compensation
