We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer with project management experience to join our team at Huitt-Zollars. As a key member of our public works and transportation team, you will be responsible for leading projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and drafters, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Prepare and review project reports, performance metrics, and other documentation to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and future business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering design, with a focus on public works and transportation projects.
  • Proven project management skills, including experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
