As an Electrical Technician, you will lead a team of electrical technicians, collaborating with engineering and production associates to diagnose and repair high and low voltage electrical subsystems. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of electrical technicians and assign daily tasks
  • Mentor and train new technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics to troubleshoot and repair systems
  • Draw wiring schematics for troubleshooting and manufacturing purposes
  • Build harnesses and cables as required to support troubleshooting and manufacturing
  • Support engineering to troubleshoot trucks on the line and in the field
  • Collaborate with R&D and engineering during new product development phases and provide testing and validation support
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience with electrical systems troubleshooting and repairing
  • Strong knowledge of high and low voltage automotive systems
  • High School diploma or GED; Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering a plus
  • Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must be organized, with strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of high-voltage and low-voltage electrical system design, safety, EMI, EMC, HVIL
  • Experience in harness certification for IEEE, SAE, and EMI standards
  • Understanding of high voltage energy storage and charge systems in EVs
