Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Assistant to join our team. As a PCA, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, responding to call bells, serving meals, and accompanying residents to appointments and activities.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing and toileting, to ensure good hygiene and self-esteem.
  • Respond to call bells and provide timely assistance.
  • Serve meals and monitor eating or drinking to identify dietary concerns.
  • Accompany residents to and from the dining room, appointments, and activities to ensure safety and timely arrival.
  • Conduct planned and spontaneous activities with residents to encourage socialization and promote self-esteem.
  • Assist with admission, discharges, and transfers of residents to promote continuity of care.

Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years old.
