Center Manager, Edenbridge PACE at Skyland

We are seeking an experienced Center Manager to lead our PACE program at Edenbridge Health. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and a passion for delivering high-quality care to older adults.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily morning IDT meetings to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in QI committees and activities to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage participant and caregiver/family grievance process, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
- Supervise Transportation Manager, Recreational Therapist, and MSW-level Social Workers.
- Provide tours to prospective enrollees and their families/representatives.
- Monitor participant schedules and ensure timely transportation to and from appointments.
- Assist Transportation Manager and department in producing and supervising daily transportation services.
- Assist Recreation Therapist and department in managing the Participant Advisory Committee.
- Assure participant attendance is tracked daily.
- Train new staff in Center procedures.
- Complete 90-day reviews for all new hires and annual reviews.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human services field highly preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience with an older adult population required.
- Previous PACE experience a plus.
- Customer service background preferred.
- Management and leadership skills required.
- Experience with writing policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements.
- Skilled in identifying and recommending problem resolution.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must submit to and pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and criminal background check.
- Must be efficient with computer applications such as email, navigating the internet, using electronic timekeeping, Excel, Outlook, Word, and Electronic Health records.
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with participants, co-workers, vendors, medical staff, and the public.
