About the Job

This Shortage Control Specialist role requires an individual who can effectively reduce opportunities for theft, shoplifting, and other dishonest activities. You will be responsible for creating a secure environment and engaging with customers and associates in a positive and respectful manner.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create a secure environment and reduce opportunities for theft through vigilance and awareness of surroundings.
  2. Provide excellent customer service, including a warm smile and a loud, friendly greeting, promoting a sense of control and security.
  3. Identify and report theft incidents and/or suspicious subject(s) to your Manager on Duty once identified.
