Job Summary:

As a skilled Dialysis Nurse, you will play a vital role in coordinating and implementing patient care for adult hemodialysis patients. Working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care while ensuring the attainment of patient outcomes that meet KDOQI goals. This role requires a strong understanding of nephrology nursing principles and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and deliver care through the nursing process to adult hemodialysis patients.
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Supervise Patient Care Technicians and foster a team approach to patient care delivery.
  • Ensure the attainment of patient outcomes that meet KDOQI goals.
Requirements:
  • RN or LVN licensure required.
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, with 1 year of dialysis experience preferred.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Read, speak, write, and understand English.
