We are seeking a highly skilled Traffic Engineering Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering multiple traffic engineering projects for various clients, including public, private, and institutional sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and deliver multiple traffic engineering projects, including traffic signals, signing and striping, worksite traffic control, and stage construction.
- Conduct traffic impact studies, traffic operational analysis, safety studies, parking studies, signal timing and coordination, and other planning and operational projects.
- Coordinate with other roadway, transportation, or site infrastructure projects, requiring strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Professional Civil Engineer (PE) and/or Traffic Engineer (TE) license/registration in the State of California.
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in engineering and design, focusing on traffic engineering.
- Expert technical knowledge of traffic and transportation engineering concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Proven experience in preparing technical reports, designs, specifications, and computations.
- Familiarity with local design procedures, regulatory compliance, and agency coordination.
