Job Summary:We are looking for a strategic leader who can develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a world-class learning experience that drives business results and supports our company's mission.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our sales teams and drive business results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training content that is engaging and effective
- Manage training budgets and resources to ensure efficient allocation and maximum impact
- Coach and develop sales teams to improve their skills and knowledge
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in instructional design and training
