Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Customer Experience Supervisor to join our team at TJ Maxx. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for promoting an exceptional customer experience, leading a team of Associates, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, demonstrating outstanding customer service skills and promoting a positive internal and external customer experience
  • Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles, including personalizing the customer experience and promoting loyalty programs
  • Assign registers, support and respond to POS coverage needs, and coordinate breaks for all Associates
  • Address customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Communicate effectively with management and Associates, setting and addressing priorities, and providing progress updates
Requirements
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Strong understanding of merchandising techniques and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
  • Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
