Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and implement operational improvements to drive business results and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Supervise and manage associates and leaders in your area of responsibility, providing direction, monitoring performance, and offering feedback and training opportunities.
  • Participate in the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates, leaders, and managers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive process improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
  • 1 year's experience in an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors.
  • Experience managing workload and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees for multiple departments/areas.
