Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Addiction Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Free At Last, a leading provider of substance use treatment services.

About the Role:

  • Deliver culturally rooted and integrative services addressing substance use needs through comprehensive screening, assessment, counseling, and case management.
  • Provide substance use treatment services to clients in a residential setting.
  • Develop and monitor strength-based plans of care for each client.
  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, including follow-ups.
  • Act as an advocate for clients and families to ensure quality service delivery.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2.5 years working in the field of addiction treatment.
  • Enrollment or certification as a State Certified Counselor (CCAPP or CAADE).
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
  • Knowledge in Motivational Interviewing, Stages of Change, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy treatment models.
  • Tuberculosis (TB) test clearance required.
  • Policy requires all staff to be vaccinated for COVID-19 or have an approved reasonable accommodation.
  • An estimated salary of $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
