About Us:

Kicking Cancer Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to raising funds for cancer research. Our organization is entirely volunteer-run, and 100% of our proceeds from events throughout the year are donated to cancer research. Since our establishment in 2009, we have donated over $450,000 to cancer research.

Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated, and passionate individual to join our board as a general member. As a board member, you will be responsible for assisting with various aspects of our foundation, including fundraising, securing sponsors, logistics, and event day support. Our board members wear multiple hats on subcommittees, working together to achieve our goal of donating as much as possible to cancer research.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with fundraising and sponsor acquisition
  • Support logistics and event planning
  • Participate in board meetings and subcommittee work
  • Contribute to the overall success of the Kicking Cancer Foundation

Requirements:

  • Highly organized and self-motivated individual
  • Passionate about cancer research and non-profit work
  • Ability to commit to regular board meetings and subcommittee work
