Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in statistical analysis and quality improvement tools, including Six Sigma, DMAIC, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Familiarity with manufacturing techniques, particularly injection molding and assembly.
- Experience with quality management systems and methodologies, such as ISO 9001 and FMEA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- High attention to detail and precision.
- Proficient in CAD software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is advantageous.
