RESPONSIBILITIES
ATI is seeking a Client Partnership Support Specialist to enhance their sales team. This role is remote, ideally suited for candidates residing in or around the Great Lakes region, covering the Michigan and Indiana territories. The Client Partnership Support Specialist will collaborate closely with the Client Executive within the designated territory. This position entails supporting sales efforts to ensure comprehensive service coverage, nurturing strong collaborative client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, preparing for sales and support meetings, and staying informed about current market trends in nursing education.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role will be performed remotely, with travel required within the Michigan and Indiana territories.
KEY ACTIVITIES
Accurately represent all ATI nursing products, service offerings, and technological advancements. Assist the Client Executive with sales and support initiatives, including student orientations, sales meetings, data-driven discussions, product demonstrations, and faculty integration sessions. Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on their needs promptly. Emphasize the importance of building and maintaining high-quality relationships with clients while simultaneously expanding the account base and sales volume. Support the Client Executive in preparing for and participating in regional conferences, webinars, educational sessions, and strategic outreach.QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field is required. A minimum of 2 years of experience in consultative sales is preferred. Strong preference for candidates who have successfully motivated and engaged audiences to recognize the importance of assessment-driven performance. Proven success in establishing long-term customer relationships. Experience presenting to various audience sizes, effectively providing information and instruction in an engaging and persuasive manner. Ability to manage multiple projects and resources concurrently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Capability to assist the Client Executive in managing marketing campaigns, newsletters, and webinars using tools like HighSpot and Outlook. Willingness to travel at least three days a week for client meetings as needed. Ability to travel overnight for corporate training, conferences, and client meetings as necessary.
