Job Summary

As a Manufacturing Process Specialist at Fives, you will play a key role in proposing and evaluating manufacturing processes and equipment for assigned areas of the plant. Your expertise will be essential in directing the development and/or improvements of manufacturing processes and equipment, evaluating expenditures, and providing technical assistance and training for assigned plant operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance personnel to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Analyze tooling and equipment to select the most effective solutions
  • Meet plant goals and standards in safety, quality, delivery, and cost
  • Support the effective use of personnel, material, and equipment in supporting SPQRC initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering required
  • 6 years of position-related experience
  • Relevant auto industry experience required
  • Past GM work experience required
