We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Grifols, a global healthcare company dedicated to improving the health and well-being of people around the world.

About the Role

As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our plasma-derived medicines. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in determining the suitability of donors
  • Establishing rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while maintaining donor confidentiality
  • Responding to and assisting with handling donor reactions
  • Monitoring donor and equipment to ensure the health of donors and quality of product
  • Setting up, disconnecting, and operating automated plasmapheresis machines
  • Disconnecting and disposing of contaminated disposable equipment
What We Offer

At Grifols, we offer a competitive pay scale of $18.32-23.41/hour, depending on training, education, and experience. This position is eligible to participate in up to 5% of the company bonus pool. We also offer benefits including medical, PTO, up to 5% 401K match, and tuition reimbursement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • An interest in making a difference in the world
  • Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable
