Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Labcorp, where you will play a vital role in helping people live happy and healthy lives. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing skilled specimen collections, and being the face of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples from patients of all ages using venipuncture and capillary techniques
- Process and prepare specimens for testing and analysis
- Enter patient information into our system accurately and efficiently
- Provide superior customer service to patients and colleagues alike
- Perform administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and billing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; phlebotomy certification preferred
- Previous experience as a phlebotomist or in a related field is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
