Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and prepare information for US tax returns, allocate responsibilities, communicate timelines, and leverage off local tax work where appropriate.
- Keep a register of tax compliance requirements globally and track and report withholding tax globally.
- Track and manage hybrid tax matters between different jurisdictions.
- Assist with intercompany settlement across regions by providing advice on US tax implications.
- Coordinate FATCA reporting with tax consultants.
- Assist in implementing transfer pricing protocols and documentation requirements globally and monitor ongoing compliance.
- Facilitate US tax due diligence review on acquisition of companies/assets globally.
- CPA and Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with US tax returns for a flowthrough company with international businesses.
- Experience with complex organization structure, trusts, holding companies, partnerships (Form 1065).
- Experience with international taxation, foreign tax credits, withholding tax matters.
- Intellectual curiosity, appetite to do things better, and proactive nature.
- Strong technical and general accounting and finance knowledge.
- Ability to analyze and improve processes and develop, explain, and foster best practice.
- Excellent communication skills.
