As a Survey CAD Technician, you will be part of a team that works hard to meet and exceed client expectations.

**Required Skills and Experience:**

  • Three or more years of related work experience
  • Proficient in Civil 3D and/or Carlson
  • Ability to process survey field data, prepare survey drawings, research property information, and prepare platting and mapping
  • Ability to perform ALTA/ACSM, Boundary, topographic, and Construction Surveys
  • The ability to meet deadlines and provide high-quality service to clients

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Associates in Computer Aided Drafting, Civil Engineering, or Land Surveying
  • LSIT licensure is a bonus
