Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Exterior Services Technician to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our landscape maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring our outdoor spaces are clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain lawns, shrubs, trees, and flowers through regular pruning, fertilizing, and mowing.
  • Perform grounds maintenance on parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas to provide a clean environment.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of associates to ensure all aspects of landscaping and exterior cleaning/ground maintenance are completed to the highest standards.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, security measures, and integrity standards to ensure compliance with corporate policies and local, federal, and state regulations.
Requirements
  • Vocational or technical certification or 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, facilities maintenance, or construction and/or related field.
  • Associate's degree or similar certification in engineering, maintenance, construction management, or related field, or certified facilities manager (CFM) certification.
  • Project management experience and/or third-party management experience.
