  • Assist with managing long-term planning, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting processes.
  • Facilitate centrally managed finance initiatives by collaborating with colleagues across the globe within various functions.
  • Perform in-depth reviews and evaluations of monthly actual and forecasted financials to support operational and strategic initiatives, monitoring performance versus plan and prior.
  • Assist with executive-level presentations that provide insights on monthly, quarterly, and full-year results as well as performance against key operating metrics.
  • Collaborate with offshore finance resources and liaise with business, operations, controllership, and Centers of Excellence where necessary to gather insights on performance.
  • Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and systems, enhancing overall efficiency and accuracy.
  • Actively promote a positive team environment and participate in talent development opportunities, including training and mentoring.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 7+ years of experience, with FP&A experience (Forecasting, Planning, and Analysis) being a plus.
  • Proficient with financial modeling tools, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Experience in data analysis and data mining.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business partners in a matrixed environment.
  • Ability to independently resolve issues and problem-solve successfully while working on multiple priorities.
  • Ability to balance attention to detail and accuracy with a sense of urgency on critically meaningful work.
Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $125,000 annually, with the actual salary varying based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
