The Royal Group, an affiliate of Schwarz Partners, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Representative to join our team in Cicero, IL. As an Account Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless customer interactions and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders and order changes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with project management, design, production, and sales teams to provide value-added solutions.
  • Analyze monthly usage and re-stocking needs for customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback, escalating issues to internal personnel as necessary.
  • Manage and maintain customer files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Process new items and purchase orders, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Record and distribute customer order changes, ensuring seamless communication with customers.
  • Email confirmations to customers, verifying order details and ensuring accuracy.
  • Assist sales personnel in generating supplemental sales, providing valuable insights and support.
  • Track warehouse items to ensure availability, maintaining minimum/maximum supply levels.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is required, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, adhering to all training and guidelines.
  • Additional duties may be assigned by management, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the packaging industry or manufacturing.
  • High school diploma or GED required, with a college education preferred but not necessary.
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
  • Excel spreadsheet knowledge, with experience working with databases such as Amtech, HRMS, or Kiwi.
  • Ability to write business professional emails, with a focus on clear and concise communication.
