We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Options for Southern Oregon. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Forensic services, providing clinical direction and oversight to our team members, and promoting a culture of excellence and quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical direction and supervision to team members, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices and agency policies.
- Assist in the oversight of clinical services, including troubleshooting issues and responding to urgent needs.
- Lead regular treatment team meetings and ensure follow-up on identified needs.
- Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients, providing direct treatment services as needed.
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to obtain and coordinate services necessary for client care.
- Review and sign off on treatment plans, providing guidance and education as needed.
- Identify and bring to the attention of the Program Manager opportunities for system changes that improve access to care and resources for clients.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field.
- Two years' post-master's experience required to meet qualifications under Medicaid for Clinical Supervisor.
- Registration as a licensure intern with the State of Oregon or licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or clinical psychologist.
- QMHP registration with the Mental Health & Addictions Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO) or eligibility to register.
