Your role is vital. Each position contributes significantly to the lives of our patients, and we seek a committed Birth Registration Clerk-PRN to enhance our team.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Manages the birth registration process for live births and fetal deaths in accordance with North Carolina's Vital Statistics regulations.
  • Ensures the accurate collection, transcription, and filing of all required information with the local registrar.
  • Responsible for documenting all personal and statistical data related to patients as mandated by vital statistics laws.

Qualifications:

  • Must obtain Notary Public certification within 30 days of employment.
  • High School diploma is required.
  • Proficiency in word processing, secretarial tasks, and computer skills is essential for this role.
