This role will support the operations of our donation center, ensuring the efficient distribution of donated goods to those in need. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to donors, staff, and volunteers, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the daily operations of the donation center, including receiving and processing donations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to donors, staff, and volunteers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate the distribution of donated goods to case managers and other areas within the St. Patrick Center building.
  • Assist with donor pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
  • Customer service experience, with a focus on providing exceptional service to diverse populations.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a Class E license within 30 days of employment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unaided and perform physical work, including working in outdoor elements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Reliable vehicle and valid auto insurance.
