We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Staffing. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and operate life support equipment as needed.
- Monitor patient's vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and respiration, and take appropriate action as needed.
- Document patient's progress, including medication administration, treatments, and test results.
- Participate in emergency nursing procedures, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
- Active RN license in good standing.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification.
- At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care ICU setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
