Your role is crucial in making a positive impact on patient care. We are looking for a committed Laboratory Operations Supervisor to enhance our laboratory team.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

  • Oversee daily operations of laboratory staff and ensure accurate reporting of test results.
  • Conduct quality assurance and control on diagnostic tests, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Review reports for accuracy and ensure proper documentation of critical values.
  • Assist in evaluating the performance of laboratory personnel.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology.
  • Certification as MT or CLS (ASCP) or equivalent.
  • A minimum of five years of supervisory experience is preferred.
