Job Overview

Adamas Building Services is seeking dedicated Lifeguards to oversee our aquatic facilities for the upcoming season. Candidates must be at least 15 years of age.

Available Shifts: Flexible scheduling options.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum age of 15 years.
  • Possess or be willing to obtain certifications in Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and First Aid.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods in various environments, and to enter and exit the pool without assistance.
  • Capability to lift, push, and pull weights up to 40 lbs.
  • Comfortable in aquatic settings and proficient in swimming.
Key Responsibilities

Lifeguards will be tasked with:

  • Maintaining constant vigilance to avert emergencies and ensuring the safety of all guests.
  • Welcoming and assisting patrons.
  • Monitoring and adjusting water chemistry as necessary.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility.
  • Flexibility in work hours to accommodate personal commitments and activities throughout the summer.
  • Establishing availability prior to the season to align shifts with personal schedules.
