Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicates service requirements, dietary restrictions, and special requests to the kitchen and management during meal service.
  • Prepares the serving area and dining space for service, ensuring that all tables are properly set.
  • Monitors portion sizes, food presentation, and adherence to quality standards, including checking and recording food temperatures.
  • Inspects the cleanliness and presentation of dining ware before use.
  • Maintains a clean and organized work environment throughout service hours.
  • Adheres to all company policies, safety regulations, and HACCP procedures; reports any incidents or unsafe conditions to management and completes necessary safety training.
  • Ensures a professional appearance and maintains confidentiality of sensitive information while safeguarding company resources.
  • Greets and engages with all guests according to company standards, checking in with customers during meal times to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Builds and nurtures positive relationships with team members and guests.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
