Job Summary

This Direct Support Professional DSP or Caregiver position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. As a member of our team, you will provide essential support and services to help our residents achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals living with developmental disabilities, including activities at home and in the community, hygiene care, and helping with daily chores.
  • Support ISP goals and objectives, working collaboratively with our residents, families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement personalized plans.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on best practices and research in the field.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong commitment to providing person-centered support and empowering individuals with developmental disabilities to live fulfilling lives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with our residents, families, and colleagues.
  • A valid driver's license and good driving record (preferred but not required).
