Fabrication Specialist

At Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions, we seek an experienced Fabrication Specialist to perform a wide range of fabrication tasks.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fabricating metal components using MIG and TIG welding techniques. Your expertise in metallurgy and engineering principles will enable you to assemble complex machines and structures while ensuring high-quality results.

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to accurately execute fabrication tasks.
• Perform free-hand MIG and TIG welding on stainless and carbon steel alloys, including argon-purged piping spools and components.
• Develop and build jigs and fixtures to support efficient fabrication processes.
• Operate various metal fabrication tools, such as Iron Worker, Lathe/Mill, Band Saw, and T-drill.

• Demonstrate exceptional MIG and TIG welding skills, including the ability to complete successful free-hand welds.
• Submit a 6G weld coupon for certification by an independent testing facility.
• Maintain a strong foundation in basic mathematics and mechanical aptitude.

• Prior experience with MIG and TIG welding and the ability to adapt to new equipment and processes.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; relevant certifications or training are highly valued.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development within our company.
