The successful candidate will take on a leadership position, guiding the press team to achieve high standards of productivity, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently operate and maintain web press and associated equipment while leading a team to surpass production targets and uphold customer quality expectations.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of setup and maintenance protocols for the entire press system.
  • Support supervisors by providing constructive feedback during employee performance evaluations.
  • Champion and uphold safety regulations and practices within the workplace.
  • Carry out additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in web press operation is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of press operations and functionalities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and management at all levels.
Physical Demands
  • Must be capable of lifting 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Requires manual dexterity and coordination for fine motor tasks.
