Key Responsibilities:- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, 401(k), and leave policies, to support the well-being of employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, and process payroll changes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
