Job Title: Human Resources Administrator

As a Human Resources Administrator, you will be responsible for handling data entry, managing bilingual communications, answering phones, scanning documents, and uploading information to our HCM system. You will also follow up on tasks, generate reports, ensure compliance, and utilize basic HR knowledge. Expect a high volume of phone calls daily.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our HCM system.
  • Bilingual Communication: Communicate effectively with employees and management in both English and Spanish.
  • Phone Management: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to voicemails, and take messages.
  • Scanning: Scan documents and upload them to our HCM system.
  • HCM System Usage: Utilize our HCM system to perform various tasks, including data entry, reporting, and compliance.
  • Reporting: Generate reports to track employee data, attendance, and other HR-related metrics.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Basic HR Knowledge: Apply basic HR knowledge to perform tasks, answer questions, and provide support to employees and management.

Requirements:
  • High Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Follow Up: Follow up on tasks, reports, and other responsibilities to ensure completion and accuracy.

Work Environment:

This is a fully on-site position in Clovis, California. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with potential overtime. Dress code is jeans and a nice shirt. On the first day, please dress professionally.
