Financial Collections Specialist

Vaco is currently seeking meticulous and analytical Accounts Receivable Representatives to support our client. This position encompasses comprehensive accounts receivable duties, including invoicing, billing, addressing disputes, and overseeing credit and collections activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the complete accounts receivable cycle, which includes invoicing, billing, and collections.
- Perform thorough analyses of each invoice and promptly resolve any discrepancies or disputes.
- Engage with major enterprise vendors.
- Employ advanced Excel capabilities, such as Pivot Tables, Formulas, and V Look-Ups, to evaluate aging reports and other financial data.
- Exhibit strong analytical abilities when assessing aging reports and effective communication skills when liaising with vendors.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, demonstrating expertise in functions like Pivot Tables, Formulas, and V Look-Ups.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the capability to delve deeply into financial data.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for vendor interactions and dispute resolution.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage multiple priorities.
This opportunity is a contract-to-hire position and requires full onsite presence.
